Sunta Jaya Group Sdn Bhd, established on October 17, 2018, is located at C-38 Jalan Tengku Ismail, Bandar Baru 28000 Temerloh, Pahang Darul Makmur.
Initially, our company specialized in building decoration and the installation of kitchen and room cabinets, catering to clients in the residential areas of Temerloh and Mentakab. As our reputation grew, we registered with the Contractor Service Center and CIDB Malaysia, marking the beginning of a new chapter.
In 2018, we expanded our expertise into the construction industry, becoming a prominent subcontractor for both government and private sector projects. Our portfolio also includes supply and service contracts with the Ministry of Finance, Malaysia.

Shaping Educational Landscapes
(UnIPSAS)
We’ve had the honor of contributing to the educational sector through various significant projects. We’ve added a four-storey school block at SK Sungai Gau in Temerloh and additional blocks at SK Paya Pulai and SK Guai in the same district. Our efforts also extended to higher education with a new building at Kolej Islam Sultan Ahmad Shah Kuantan, now proudly known as Universiti Islam Pahang Sultan Ahmad Shah (UnIPSAS).
Constructing Community Landmarks
Our passion for community development is evident in the religious buildings we’ve constructed. These include the new mosque at Kg Ketapang Hilir, Pekan, now called Masjid An-Nur Ketapang Hilir, as well as new mosques at Felda Bukit Goh, Kuantan, and Taman Temerloh Jaya. Enhancing Residential Living
In the realm of residential development, we’ve delivered Phase 3 housing in Jengka Permatang Shahbandar, Bandar Pusat Jengka, offering quality homes for families. Our PRIMA housing project, featuring 118 single-storey units, 4 double-storey units, and 7 single-storey shop/office units at Lot 2604, Mukim Bangau, Temerloh, combines residential comfort with commercial convenience.
